We are looking for individuals that are highly organized, have exceptional attention to detail, financial skills with a demonstrated ability to problem solve, excellent communication and organizational skills and a positive attitude and demeanor. They must be able to work within deadlines and, at times, under time pressure.

Our office is located at Bathurst / Dupont and is accessible by subway. Flexibility exists in terms of working off-site on a needs-basis, depending on workload requirements. This is a small office environment, so being able to work independently is a key success factor.

Our firm is technologically-focused and uses several key pieces of software (and cloud) tools to keep us organized, productive, and on-task. We require extensive experience with: CaseWare, ProFile or TaxPrep, and the Microsoft Office Suite (mainly Excel, Word, and Outlook). Experience with Quickbooks, Xero, and other desktop and cloud accounting software is an asset.
