Drawing on audit experience, he interprets complex cash-flow data and instruments (e.g. Private placements, ​RSUs and SAFEs), to support litigation, tax planning and M&A decisions. His collaborative and analytic approach turns granular analysis into clear, value-focused advice, and he is steadily expanding his valuations expertise to guide clients through shifting capital market conditions.
