Nick Vascotto

Nick obtained his CPA designation at Deloitte LLP, where he managed assurance and advisory teams serving prominent Canadian financial institutions. He is also a Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) and an alum of the University of Guelph’s Graduate Diploma in Accounting program. Nick brings a broad professional services background to his clients at K&P CPAs, with experience across assurance, advisory, business valuations, financial reporting, management reporting, and transaction support. He works with business owners, management teams, and stakeholders to provide advice in corporate valuations, quality of earnings analysis, due diligence, internal financial reporting, and accounting matters. With experience spanning professional services, banking, valuations, and financial advisory, Nick focuses on helping clients understand the financial implications of key business decisions.
